Member administration: case-conceptualization reviews, trainings and the registry, directory listing requests, Level 3 panels, roles, and the email log.
Level 1, 2 and 3 members submit their case conceptualization through the portal. Pass a submission, or ask the member to retry with feedback. You can upload a graded / commented PDF or Word copy with your decision; the member is emailed the result.
Level 3 members upload a letter from a scholar confirming their farḍ al-ʿayn knowledge. Verify it, or ask for a replacement.
Posting a Level 1 or Level 2 training opens registration in members' journeys and emails everyone eligible — for example, members who completed Level 1 are notified when a Level 2 training is posted.
Confirm who attended. Attendance is one of the checkboxes on each member's certification journey.
A record of who has completed or is registered for each level, with the year and location of the training. Filter the registry, then invite one person or everyone who matches — for example, everyone registered for Level 1 in Chicago in 2026.
Level 2+ members can request a profile on the public directory. Review exactly what they chose to show, then approve, ask for changes, or decline. Approved profiles appear on the main site's directory; edits by the member require re-approval.
Members who completed every Level 3 requirement request a presentation to a panel of at least 3 supervisors. Schedule it, record the outcome, and the member is emailed at each step.
Every notification the platform sends (demo — nothing is actually emailed). In production these go out through a transactional email service.
Training videos and modules for your level, all in one place. Every registered trainee starts with the Level 0 six-part series; higher-level curricula and clinical materials unlock as you progress.
The open introductory series from Khalil Center — watch the parts in order to build the full picture of Islamically integrated mental health care.
The members-only directory. Anyone certified at Level 1 or beyond can list themselves here, visible only to other TIIP members. Members certified at Level 2 and above can also accept referrals and request a public profile on the main site. Trainees who are still enrolled (not yet certified) get the training files only.
Important updates are sent to you by email — new trainings, case-conceptualization results, listing decisions, panel scheduling, and more. This inbox shows the emails you would receive (demo — no real email is sent).
Account and review-result emails are always sent.
Your path from open registration to full certification — what is done, what is next, and the training materials each level unlocks.
Track state-mandated CEUs and religious-education (farḍ al-ʿayn) certificates, with expiry reminders 60 days out.
Production: files are stored encrypted at rest with per-user access control; this demo stores metadata only.
Map cases onto the TIIP ontological framework — presenting picture, precipitating event, a quick assessment snapshot, the four elements, and the vicious-cycle narrative. The sandbox mirrors the Level 1 TIIP Case Formulation Sheet in miniature; trainee conceptualizations can be shared with an assigned supervisor for structured feedback.
Privacy model: cases are de-identified by alias; admins have no access to clinical content; sharing is scoped to the assigned supervisor only.
Consult designated scholars on complex cases — e.g., differentiating clinical OCD from waswasah. Queries are anonymized before routing; patient identifiers are never transmitted.
Clinical worksheets, intake forms, and murāqabah exercises, in two sections: Signature TIIP interventions from the TIIP creators, and Supervisor-approved interventions uploaded by fully certified clinicians. Only fully certified clinicians can upload.
A shared library of articles, books, and posts on Islamic psychology — contributed by members. Everyone can browse; members at Level 1 and above can post or upload, like, and comment.
Demo note: file uploads record the file name only; in production files are stored in encrypted object storage with malware scanning, and copyrighted works are shared by link or excerpt.
Workshops, webinars, and intensives — all times shown automatically in . RSVP to receive the video-conferencing link and calendar file.
Level 1 members and above can add events to the community calendar. Every submission is reviewed by an admin before it is listed.
Threaded peer spaces for practitioner wellbeing, self-care, and mutual support — because the Rafīq's own heart needs tending too.
